The story of Millou

A story with a pleasant ring to it

Dolnych Młynów Street, “Lower Mills” in English, takes its name from the mills once driven by the waters of the Młynówka Królewska, the Royal Millstream. Today, at number 9, the story of this address begins a new chapter, meeting the elegance and energy of modern Kraków.

Millou is a new word created especially for this place, a blend of two worlds. “Mill” recalls the history of Dolnych Młynów. Read as a whole, the word echoes the Polish “miło”, which speaks of pleasure, warmth and good feelings.

Millou was created to welcome travellers from all over the world and let them experience Kraków at its very best.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. Our reception is open 24 hours and self check-in is available too. Let us know your arrival time in advance.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, our luggage storage is open around the clock.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation and prepayment terms depend on the apartment and the rate you choose. You will see them in the booking system before you confirm.

Which apartment suits a larger group?

The three and four bedroom apartments sleep up to 10. For 8 guests there are the Corner Apartment, the Grand Corner Apartment and the Royal Wellness Suite, and for 6 guests, among others, the two bedroom apartments.

Is the property accessible for guests with disabilities?

Yes. The Comfort Apartment is adapted for guests with disabilities and the building has a lift. If you have specific needs, drop us a line before you arrive.

How do I get there from the airport and the station?

Kraków Airport (Balice) is about 15 km away and we can arrange a paid transfer on request, as well as tours. From Kraków Główny station it is a few minutes by taxi or a pleasant walk through the Planty park.

Yes, there is private parking on site. Spaces must be reserved in advance and cost 180 PLN per day.

Can I come with children?

Of course, children of all ages are welcome. A cot for children up to 3 years is available on request for 30 PLN per night.
